Refund Policy

If an item is damaged, broken, or missing pieces, we will provide the option of either replacing the item or issuing a full refund after the item has been returned with a prepaid return label provided by us.

For items that are NOT damaged, broken, or missing pieces, we will provide a full refund upon receiving the returned item in its original condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is provided free of charge.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or with missing pieces. We will carefully review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
